Manage Quality Customer Service

This unit specifies the outcomes required to develop strategies to manage organizational systems that ensure products and services are delivered and maintained to standards agreed by the organization and the customer.

  • Plan to meet internal and external customer requirements
  • Ensure delivery of quality products and/or services
  • Monitor, adjust and review customer service

Qualification:     Exemptions given for Diploma of Management   

Duration:            2.5 days

Times:                 9:00am – 4:30pm

Price:                  $2,500 + $95 per student (Minimum cost per trainee is $512) 

Requirements:    Minimum 6 participants per class
